Was over at LT 24 to have a second round of briefing talking about nearly the same things as the first day of the block, except the change that our end product must be in video format.
I think this is contradicting. The reason, from the start, that we were asked to do an animatic, was because of the lack of equipment and software. We were already supposed to submit something to a video effect, only that we don't have to use the video equipments to do it.
Now we're suddenly being asked to do a professional standard video.
I don't get it. We're still facing the shortage of equipments and software.
We're gonna have to make do with sharing and squeezing and very very tight schedule planning then =/

I learned something new today.
Whatever form of interview, no matter how funny it's supposed to be, is just not entertaining.
Whatever interview we have to do, i would use the commentry to showcase our works.
Watching people talk is simply boring.
And music is a big factor. There's this team with an okay video, but was spoilt by the lack of a good background music.
Background music gives the pictures mood and atmosphere, without it people can't feel anything in the moving images.

After watching the screening today, i've learnt what not to do.
But we need to brainstorm some more about how we're going to do it so that it does not look like something any other person can do.
Shall go do more research to back up my ideas =/
